Turnaround times can be as insignificant as a matter of hours when needed though generally with paper parts it's a scanty days.CD duplication is ideal for runs under 500 though becomes more economical to switch to CD replication between the 250 to 300 unit mark. For CD duplication We generally use a high resolution thermal print on the disc. Here at 3xL we are committed to providing the maximum quality product possible. The beginning is CD duplication and the second is CD replication. CD replication is much faster it is completed at a below cost. CD duplication usually has a higher manufacturing cost and is ideal for shorter runs below 500. If you are requiring a speedy turnaround I would look at the CD duplication method. Spot colors are also available for the CD replication.
