The PC is a group of interested parents, teachers and community members who are committed to busy cooperatively to enhance the educational experience of children at Camdenville Public School. Under the Education Act, the PC's objectives and functions include: Promoting the interest of the school by bringing parents, citizens, students and teaching staff into accessible cooperation. Assisting in providing facilities and equipment for the school and promoting the pleasure and welfare of the students at the school. Assisting and cooperating with teaching staff at public functions associated with the school. An crucial function is to yield a forum in which parents can develop their partnership with the school and articulate their aspirations for their children's education. The PC is energetic in raising funds to aid the School and your children's education. Becoming involved in PC activities is also a huge way to join with others within the School community and to aid encourage a accessible and caring School community of parents, children and teachers. To continue our work, the PC needs people with a range of experiences and talents who are committed to delivering huge outcomes for our children and school. Joining the PC entitles you to vote at meetings following the date you became a member. All positions become unoccupied annually at the Annual General Meeting (ABM) held during the second meeting for the year. Comprises the lower officebearerexecutive positions. All decisions taken by an Executive Committee between meetings should be fully reported to the after general or particular meeting of the Association with a view to securing the meeting's endorsement for the decisions taken. The ability to attend the majority of PC general meetings is an crucial aspect of the roles. Represents the Association when issuing public statements and at official functions. Ensures the triumphant function of the association, the attainment of its objectives, the consistent adherence to its constitution has a responsibility to encourage the unbiased participation of all members. Responsible for the sound financial management of the Association. Ensures enough cash is made available to coordinators of fund raising activities. Ensures adequate insurance is maintained. Principal administrative officer of the Association is responsible for recording the decisions of the meeting, unless otherwise stipulated. Maintains a register of all financial (voting) members (i.e. paid annual fees of gold coin) which is to be updated after each general meeting if new members join. Maintains a register of email addresses for the PC Community (for all bailouts and general correspondence). Prepares distributes, in consultation with the President, all meeting agendas. Documents distribute minutes of the PC general meetings ABM (detailing time, date location of the meeting, the members in attendance, the apologies accepted, the identity of the Chairperson every formal decision which was supported by majority vote).Completes submits all needed forms required for legal operation of the PC in accordance with Federation guidelines.
