Originally established in 1988, Cara Del evolved from its origins of gelato and portioned desserts, to yield biscuits and cakes. Cara Del commenced utilizing these baking practices to produce lines of fresh cakes to complement their gelato products. Over the years demand for these fine bakery products has grown, resulting in four distinctive award-winning product lines Cakes, Gelato, Portioned Desserts and Gourmet Biscuits, all with desirable European influence. Jose has elected to remain in regulate of production and product innovation as the company’s executive chef.
