A capable Food Technologist with a Masters in Business Management, Matthew ensures that the company excels in the manufacture and supply of quality condiments to the discerning customer. His talents also allow him to focus on Fresh Product Development for both local and international tastes. Jacqui brings enormous experience to The Food Company in the office administration role and customer service. With an intimate knowledge of the product range, Jacqui can face your customer service needs with professionalism and expertise. With numerous years sales experience in The Food service industry, Julie has worked for mufti nationals and iconic Australian Food brands. Julie has a passion for our gluten free and long shelf life condiments and believes in the quality and goodness of our products, all to the benefit of the many customers who now concur with Julie that if you are seeking quality, gluten free condiments, The Food Company is where to get them. Responsible for the all of company’s logistics, Nick has been an integral segment of the victory of the business by providing customers with the service they expect. With his many previous years in insignificant and large food manufacturing, Nick also ensures that the correct quality of ingredient is purchased to fulfill the needs of our customers and their quality expectations. She has been in sales and customer service roles for over 25 years and has worked in the food service industry in varying roles including account management for a national food manufacturer. Mel has helped many food service outlets discover the desirable range of gluten free products available from The Food Company. With many years of experience as Production Supervisor in one of the world’s iconic food company’s, Chris’ energy and diligence to quality have made him a critical member of our management team as he oversees and trains company staff in how to yield to the company’s stringent quality requirements. We are Australian owned and our products all gluten release are manufactured at our HACCP certified plant in Sydenham, using the choice quality local and imported ingredients.
